To check your bills we need to see some of your papers. Here’s where they’re kept, who can see them, and what you can ask for.

Where your papers are kept

Your case papers and our notes are kept in secure cloud-based storage.
📁 A case folder in your own cloud if you prefer
We can also keep working copies in a case folder in your own cloud storage, such as OneDrive or Google Drive. You can see everything we’re working from, and you can stop sharing it with us at any time.
How it’s used, and who sees it
- We use your data only for your case.
- An adviser or helper sees updates about your case only with your consent and your signed letter of authority.
- Nothing goes to your energy company without your say-so.
- We never ask for your passwords.
What you can ask for, at any time
- A copy of the data we hold about your case.
- For your data to be deleted.
- To withdraw your letter of authority.
